Le Clos Du 5 - Appart Hotel Bagneres - Bagneres-de-Bigorre

We had a surprisingly spacious apartment with a separate bedroom, lounge area, bathroom, and kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher. The apartment was also very clean and quiet. The location was convenient, with easy parking and an easy walk to town. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. it was a comfortable and well-equipped accommodation.

the apartment was quite dark due to a tree outside the windows, which also blocked the view. the towels were only changed once in our 11-day stay, and the sheets were not changed at all.

We liked the very warm welcome, and the prompt response to any enquiries.

The location of the hotel is great, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding area. the staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the apartment is well-equipped and clean, offering a comfortable stay. the hotel caters to cyclists with secure bike storage.

The lack of AC in the rooms may be an issue during hot weather.

Lovely lady running it, a very nice place to stay in. Cheap, comfortable, clean, quiet and had everything needed to stay for a couple of days. On the edge of town so it took about 5mins to walk into the centre, which was good because it was very quiet staying there and didnt take too long to walk to the nearest cafe, but its not in the very centre of the town. Recommended.

Christine was wonderful and so kind to us during our stay thank you. The accommodation was very clean and had every thing you would need and the dishwasher was fantastic to have. Beds were very comfortable. The place was very quaint and quirky but also very modern with all amenties for the modern traveller..

The location was very noisey (traffic from main road ) especailly as we had to keep windows open at night when weather was very hot. Airconditioning would have been great to have , No locks on any internal doors ie the bathroom and toilet which was not great when sharing with friends.

The apartment was quite spacious and had a good kitchen with all the necessary equipment. the location was great, close to hiking and ski sites. the staff was quite helpful and informative.

Our New Year stay at the hotel was not as comfortable as expected. the heating system was not working properly which made it quite challenging to feel warm enough to enjoy the stay.

Lovely, clean hotel. Pretty, cozy with a sweet garden. Excellent value for money. Christine, the owner is nice, friendly and helpful. We were a family of 4, and we highly recommend it!

convenient, quirky but practical place, our family room well laid out for our purposes, with two upstairs rooms and a sitting area/kitchen downstairs. The owner/receptionist was pleasant. Convenient spot for seeing the area. Easy parking. Seemed to be very popular and busy.

It is on a busy road at the edge of town, not a picturesque setting, and perhaps 15 minutes walk from the centre. It is really a motel, in function and layout. Bathroom fans were noisy and didn't turn themselves off.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The studio room was perfect for us, great to come and go as we pleased. It had all the necessary facilities, including a small oven/grill, a microwave, and two hot plates. The exterior of the hotel was being painted and now looks very smart. The manageress was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. The hotel is a great base for exploring the surrounding Pyrenees.

Spacious apartment, comfortable for kids, secure bike locker, tastefully decorated, well-equipped kitchen.

For us it was ideal.
